TravelMintUSA provides travel assistance, vacation planning support, cruise guidance, car rental support, customer inquiry handling, and booking coordination.
We act as an intermediary and are not the direct provider of airline, hotel, cruise, car rental, transportation, or tour services.
Customers must provide accurate information for all travelers and booking requests.
Prices are subject to supplier availability and are not final until confirmed. Additional taxes, fees, deposits, or supplier charges may apply.
Any booking changes, cancellations, date modifications, name changes, or vehicle-type changes are subject to supplier rules and availability.
Additional fees may apply. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and the applicable supplier policy.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing confirmations, checking travel documents, meeting identification requirements, and complying with destination rules.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for protection against unexpected cancellations, delays, medical events, and other travel disruptions.
TravelMintUSA is not liable for supplier delays, cancellations, service failures, personal injury, property loss, weather events, government actions, or force majeure events.
Our role is limited to assistance and coordination, and our liability is limited to fees paid directly to TravelMintUSA where permitted by law.
