Travel plans can change. This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for services arranged through TravelMintUSA.

All bookings may also be subject to the cancellation and refund rules of airlines, hotels, cruise lines, car rental companies, tour operators, and other travel suppliers.

Service Fees

TravelMintUSA may charge service, planning, consultation, booking management, or concierge fees.

These service fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, regardless of whether a supplier booking is completed, changed, or canceled.

Flights, Hotels & Cruises

Flight refunds depend on airline fare rules and timing. Non-refundable tickets may only qualify for credits or changes if permitted by the airline.

Hotel and cruise cancellations are governed by each supplier policy. Some rates, deposits, and fares may be partially refundable or fully non-refundable.

Car Rentals

Car rental cancellations may incur supplier charges depending on the rental company, vehicle category, pickup time, and booking terms.

Refund eligibility and exact cancellation terms will be based on the rental supplier policy shared during the booking process.

No-Show & Late Changes

If a traveler does not show up for a scheduled flight, hotel stay, cruise, car rental pickup, tour, or other booked service, the booking may become non-refundable.

Late changes are subject to availability and may create additional supplier fees.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email info@travelmintusa.com or call (888) 316-1789 with your name, booking reference, service type, and cancellation reason.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times vary by supplier and financial institution.
